Can anyone give me a round about price on what I should be spending on my hair and makeup? Just want to know what I should be in store for. Thanks

Just from my research in person and here at LIWeddings.com, you can spend anywhere from $80-150 for makeup and $40-150 for hair. It is a very wide range and some of these prices have subtracted the price you would pay for a trial. I did do a search for NYC hair and makeup people and found them to be a bit more expensive. You also need to figure in the price for trials. So far, it seems that $50 is a very common price for trials (but these people are coming to my home to do the trial).

Thanks - I got a quote for a girl to come to my house for hair and makeup trial for 55.00 each. Then for the wedding day it would be 65.00 each. Do I tip her both times, or just for the wedding day?
