Hair and Makeup Question

To all who picked out the people who are doing their hair and make-up, who did you end up booking? And who had you previously done trials with? Just curious.

I had 2 trials and i ended up picking the 2nd one.

I have my 1st trial posted here on the site (i think under pictures). The 2nd one i had i haven't had a chance to post yet.

The reason i picked the 2nd one is because it was much cheaper and i liked the makeup better. The 1st one was just soooo much money and i felt i could get someone to do my hair and makeup for a lot less

I am using Katherine from Frasada Salon & Spa. The prices are great the only drawback is that you'd have to go to the salon to get it done.

It costs so much to have trials but i do suggest getting it done.

I just booked Jacqueline Nicole last night. I was so happy with my makeup I booked her on the spot.

I haven't booked hair yet, but I have some recommendations I am going to pursue.

ETS: She was my second trial.

i had several makeup trials and i'm going with MGM studios on old country road in westbury. they were very reasonably priced, will open at the crack of dawn, and i was very happy with both hair & makeup trials.

although i originally booked with JN, due to my early morning schedule, i will not be using her. she will be doing makeup for my mom & MIL. she is a doll & very talented.

i had a terrible trial experience at maximus in westbury. great makeup (by michel), terrible hair, and awful awful service. so disappointing, especially after wonderful experiences there in the past.

I booked Danielle Renee for makeup. She listens to what you want, and when she was finished, I loved the look. I am going to my regular hair dresser for my hair.

I had two makeup trials; one with Marie Katz and one with Clarin Cohen (both vendors on this site) I choose Clarin because I just felt it was a more natural look for me, even though she was a bit more expensive.

For hair I chose Joanna from Nasrinns Salon in Stony Brook. One trial and I booked her.
