I know ... but there trials are free and they do not accept tipping. I just feel that its worth it because I know I wouldnt get these results elsewhere. Plus, the extensions are normally an extra charge but its included and they highlight them to match. So, for me, it was worth it but don't get me wrong - this is def. my SPLURGE ITEM!
