I am doing my first hair and makeup trials in the next few weeks. Did your fh's see you all 'done up' after your trials? I kind of want him to first see me professionally made-up on the wedding day....

I showed him both. First one he said I look like a hooker. The other one he liked and I made him take 100 pics.

Ha! The hooker comment makes me laugh...it sounds like something my fh would say. It does make me think though - I want him to like my makeup and hair, so maybe I should show him...hmm..now you've got me thinking

guys care more about this stuff than they admit. I hardly wear any makeup on a daily basis. my FH told me 100 times that he doesn't want me to look like a clown. I asked for a natural look and Jillian from Gorgeous faces delivered. she's great!

I didn't have my hair trial yet so I can only speak for the make up but yes...he did. He loved it...It was the most natural and wonderful expression on his face when he walked through the door.

FH was there while I was having the trial!!!
He looked at me and said I looked beautiful, and since his opinion of how I look that day matters the most next to my own, I'm glad he saw it!!

He saw the makeup and loved it (on the third try) but I'm definitely not showing him the hair - especially b/c I'll have the comb and veil in it.
I think the hair should be kept a secret...it's more obvious than makeup.

yes and he didn't like the makeup. i NEVER wear makeup so he's not used to it

I showed him pictures, and he said the same thing. I told him thats too bad, you are going to tell me how beautiful I am that day, no matter what!!

yes. i had the hair trial at our apt. the stylist said she'll change it around so he could see something different. the make up he saw

I showed him he is the only one that would give me an honest answer .. and he told me if thats what i wanted for my hair i could do it myself lolololol(i do not like anything to crazy im plain when it comes to my hair)

He only saw my makeup trial because it was done for our engagement shoot, but he did not see my hair trial.

I had my hair trial separate from my makeup trial and FH saw both. I had no problem with it but had they both been at the same time I probably would have preferred for him to not see it.
