Hair Color - need opinions!!!

So I need some opinins, I always keep my hair a dark brown (almost black) because my eyes are a very light blue color and I feel the dark brown makes them 'pop' more. I really need a change and was thinking of doing a reddish color (see pic below of the color I really like). I'm so afraid it won't look right on me though?? I get a lot of 'you look like Megan Fox' (same eye, hair color). I go tanning so I know it wouldn't wash me out. Honest opinions, what do you ladies think of this red? I'm going to the salon today!
