Hi...that is sooooooooooooo funny because I also purchased that SAME comb but was able to return it and got something else from them.

You really should call Jessica and ask her if you could return it...you may not be able to get your money back but maybe there is something else that you can exchange it for.

That's great Lucy! She was sooooooooo helpful to me and believe me...I called and emailed her for months about the headpieces that I was looking to order from her.

Glad she could help you out too!!!

So...which one did you exchange it for? I got the Fairy Flower comb instead...it's beautiful!!!

I have not decided yet. She told me to take my time and that they were always willing to work things out.

The one that you picked out and the ivy comb are my favorites! Unfortunately, I can't use a comb for my hairdo. I need hair ornaments.
