Well I use this and I love it. Plus it doesn't leave your hair feeling greasy.

This is what both Dave & I use for our issues with our hair:
Bed Head Spoil Me Tigi Bedhead Spoil Me is a defrizzer, smoother and instant restyler with light, moveable hold. Smoothes hair instantly with an added anti-static defrizzer - or use it as a second day styler with hydrating, conditioning results. Get spolied instantly- it s all about smooth, soft, sexy hair!
Size/SKU: 9 oz Price : $18.00
i don't know if it really costs 18 bucks - but it'll last you 4-5 months, the bottle is large!

First, you may need to spend a little more then $10 -- but keep in mind these products usually last months so you will have it for a while.
I like biosilk and Rusk Aquamarine.
Here is a good trick. Wash and dry your hair the night before. More preferably earlier in the afternoon the day before. Natural hair oils will help keep the frizz away. Freshly washed hair is going to make it harder to control.
Another option is to have it professionally blown out. If that is not an option when you are drying it, as you finish a section do a cold shot of air on the section -- it helps keep the hair in place.

I use Straight Shot by Beyond the Zone products. It's in a purple tube. You can usually find it at Sally Beauty Supply. I think it's like $8-10 and I love it because it doesn't make my hair greasy like the FrizEase does. Good luck.
