When are you supposed to go for your last hair cut/color before your wedding? I know I read it somewhere a while ago, but I don't remember.

I'm going to do 3 weeks before for both. I've been scheduling regular appointments and that's usually when it looks best.

just dont do a cut or color a week or less before bc if you dont like it will be hard to fix then. They say not to try anything new or different a week or less before, like facials, any creams or treatments.
I would say 2 weeks would be good, maybe 10 days if you want it a bit closer.

I thought it was 6 weeks at the latest...to give the hair some time to come out of shock and fall a bit.

well within 6 weeks roots can grow back for some ppl so thats the only problem. In the summer my hair grows extremely fast and by 6 weeks roots are peaking. 2-3 weeks i think is enough time for the hair to fall a bit. Well i didnt worry about cuts since i wore extensions lol, but i was worried about color. Especially since i had red hair before the wedding and was going back to blonde just right before lol

I would say 10-12 days? You dont want to do it too far because your roots will show
