Hair extensions ?

i know someone has to know the answer to this b/c you girls know everything!! haha

I think I need extensions for the wedding hair look I want, BUT I'm a redhead.

I know they can dye the natural hair clip in thingys, but I know red is hard to match. I'm affraid it will be a fakey red.

Also, does anyone know how much it costs to add extensions or to have them dyed.

I may need to get them myself ahead of time and dye them myself My trial isnt until Oct. though.

if you do clip ons, then ask your hair vendor about that...what they do is get a sample of your hair before the wedding, like a few weeks and match it exactly to your hair, they will dye it so dont worry...not like theyll go looking for whatever extension is the closest match.

If your hair dresser does clip on extensions then it will be free, im getting them and not getting charged for it

if they dont do clip ons then you would have to go get them sew in and bonded somewhere else and that would start at a couple hundreds or in the thousands depending which one you choose

When in doubt, just ask. The best thing to do is ask at the trial or maybe give them a call ahead of time to find out.

Maybe they can work something into the trial of you ask???

Oh and let me know what happens......I'm thinking I might consider it as well. Damn short hair!!!

thanks- yeah- i have to call. My hair isnt even that short, and its thick too, but its not long enough for me, ya now- once they curl it. I used to have hair down to my butt so i think this is short now....to me anyway

I'm glad i called b/c its $180, but they dye it and it will match my hair exactly if I want them.

ive had the sewn in extensions before and yeah it takes a couple of hours to put them in, you also have to go back to them to take them out

for the clip ons its $180? mine doesnt charge extra and i think a few others dont either...a few girls had the clip on with Jen the hair genie, i would ask girls who had a trial with her
