Re: hair extensions
You should just let your hair grow for now when you get closer and your hair still isn't that long then worry about the extensions.

Re: hair extensions
My hair takes a long time to grow and when I curl it and put it half up I felt like it was really fine...so, I used the one day clip in extensions. Nobody could actually tell. Check out the pics in my album. I loved them! After the wedding I washed and conditioned them and put them away to re-use. LOL not sure when I will need them but I have them!

I also got clip in extensions that I now have forever! I didn't use them for my wedding, but I got them for my b-pics. The hair blew DH away! I'm going to use them next week for my 'day-after' photos! I did an updo for the wedding, so I'm going to do the extensions for the day after. To the OP, you have a lot of time to grow your hair at least an inch or more. A lot of people take pre-natal vitamins for hair and nail strength/growth. When it gets closer to your wedding and you start hair trials, you'll be able to have a better idea of where your hair is at. Then you should look into getting the extensions. It's not hard, I actually bought the hair at Lucky Beauty Supply in Baldwin for about $100. I bought the clips and had my SIL who is a hairdresser cut the hair to fit my head and then sew it with clear fishing thread onto the clips. So the extensions literally cost me $125 with the clips and tax. SO worth it! Good luck!

Re: hair extensions
where do you buy them? i live in new hyde park and have brown hair. (sounds like a personal ad lol) the only place i know of is sallys hair salon? any other better places i should try? my hair is long but its thin and not as voluminous as i want. i want volume not length and i thought extension clips would do the trick.
