Hair Extensions-Clips ons??

Katie...we went to a wedding in september (Scott was in the BP) and the bride went to ulta...they looked AMAZING....

ETA: i do not know how 'good' they were in the quality dept, but her hair looked amazing, and when we saw pics they looked great as well!

lees hair on jamaica ave. a pack is about 45-50$. the clips are about 1$ each.. get the small clips. the big ones dont stay on ur hair.


also not sure if u had extensions on b4.. but they are hot(temperature wise) even when i put 2-3 streaks i sweat. so i would test them out 1st, see if u can handle it.

I want clip ins too, but my friend told me clip ins don't work., they don't curl, etc...she was talking about me spending over $300 on regular ones

I'm gonna get some and test it out!

One of my BMs is a hairdresser. She got me $90 clip on extensions that she uses for her clients all the time. I'm a BM in a wedding on Sunday and i'm using them ( half up half down with curls) so I can let you all know how it turns out. If they're good, I'll let you know the name and where you can get them.

clip ons do work, i had clip ons and the curls lasted all night and even into the next day. It has nothing to do with whether its clip on, sewn in or bonded in. There is only one reason curls wont stay and thats bc it wasnt 100% human hair. Ive had them sewn into my hair before and the girl sent me to a place in jamaica to get hair, well it was advertised as real human hair but mustve not been 100% real human hair and mixed with something else and even with them sewn in the curls didnt stay. Just depends on the hair you get.

Here are pics of my clip on's and have a bunch more in my album. My hairstylist provided them and they were 100% human hair, not mixed in with anything else at all.

thank you SOOO much, very sweet

yeah just make sure its real hair, and you will be perfectly fine. I was grimey and even wore my hair the same the next day hahaha and it was still curly. Just be careful, i once thought oh great i dont have to pay alot for it this is great, and was so annoyed when the curls fell right out. People like to advertise it as being real but really isn't, they use horse hair alot and plastic like synthetic hair mixed in.

If anything, i would ask your hair dresser first about. Many provide it or sell it to you. I didnt have to pay extra for it and it was great quality. I do know that Jenn the hair genie also sells hair pieces and so does Rosanna amador

Does anyone know where to get really good hair extensions for the day of the wedding? I was going to get real ones, but i heard so many things about how they ruin your hair, so my hairdresser said the clip on ones can look the same. I was going to go to sally beauty supply...any other suggesstions? TIA!

thats not true, if you get good quality extensions they do curl.... I've done it mane times. They stay on for a long time!!!!
