hair for TTD, spinoff to adelz's post

im doing my TTD in mexico while on our HM, in the ocean and in a cenote

question is what do i do with my hair???
do i just do it natural-which is pin straight

do i do it in a side pony?

beachy waves(if i can even achieve this lol)

updo- like a sleek bun or chignon- very simple

fyi, my wedding hair is going to be down with that kim k wave look

i will be going into the ocean with my dress but that will be at the very end of the shoot...according to my photographer we will be shooting for almost a full day

i only have a little time left to figure it out!

I would do a beachy wave look! Something very soft and natural looking! I like the side pony tail look also!



And if you wanted, you can also have this look be up in a messy type of bun at first and then let it loose!

i tried the other day and it was a major fail!

i could go to the salon on the resort but i dont know how skilled they are you know? id hate to pay for something and then not like it and be screwed the morning of the shoot

I think maybe what you can also do is curl your hair a bit (if you can do it on your own)and then put it in a loose side ponytail.

Does your hair hold a curl if it's in a bun overnight?? I used to make 'waves' in my hair in high school by putting many little buns in my hair at night and then taking them out.

I think you can do a up-do like a bun something of the sort... and then take it out when you're in the ocean... then get some after ocean pics with beachy air... add some sand in the hair and do a little twirls around ur finger.....haha was that too much information ??

so did i, i still do, but i use Redkin Spray Starch!! it will hold a curl for days - no word of a lie...
i've made my hair look so good that iw ill sleep with it and the next day it looks like i just did it. its a small bottle and its like $18 but so worth it!!!!!

i like the beachy waves since you will be on the beach. but if you cant do them yourself and are worried it wouldnt look right then i would go natural. i always think people look their best when they embrace what they naturally have. so i say wear it down and straight.
