I want to wear my hair half up, very loose and soft...I am looking for a crystal barrette...does anyone have any idea where I can go???? I have tried all department and bridal stores and they only have either tiny clips or really big ones.

I see a lot of girls post about Tri County.
Also if you are in the city... just walk up broadway between 34th and like 38th and there are a ton of bridal stores for head pieces and everything...
I am pretty positive its broadway or 5th... the streets cross right there, and I always get confused.

I did the half up...well it was more pulled back from the sides with bobby pins. However, I did get my tiara from Estelle's Dressy Dresses in Farmingdale. My MOH found a nice headband one from Tri County in Levittown. Don't give up..you will find it!

try tri-county as others have suggested.
i also saw a few kiosks in roosevelt field that might have that stuff as well. mystere's review has some nice pics of half up half down.

Tri County, Fantasyland (Patchogue Floral) - and you might want to do a few searches on Ebay - - they have a lot of vendors with wedding hair items there.
