I had my hair dyed to my natural color. I told the lady to match my roots, which are a medium brown now. I guess it changed from higlighting it and so on. Anyway I need some advice on how and what I should tell her to do this saturday to correct the color. It's way too dark! I want to go lighter then what I have now

It should wash out a little and tone down-they did this to my hair a few years ago when I went back to my natural color-after about 2 weeks it matched perfectly.

Agreed. Give it a couple washes THEN see if you like it. If not, try to get it fixed but more than likely it will be OK
