Hair Help

My hair is fine but I have a lot of it....it is the silky type (think asian hair)....my blowdryers seem to be frying it lately..does anyone have any good product to reccomend or a good blowdryer?

Also are there any vitamins you can take to make your hair stronger?

Biotin is supposed to help - vitamin-wise.

I have no product recommendations - maybe V05 hot oil? That's been around forever.
