Hair Help!

Two questions - what's the average MOH hair price, and who do you recommend????
I'm looking for someone that is reasonably priced (obviously good quality).I feel like everything is way too expensive!!!!!

I think you can search them on here and lots of good reviews will come up, I used to work w/ her and shes doing my hair, too.
