Hair help needed

Last time I asked about hair someone posted the hair thread...thanks again. I have naturally curly hair, but blow it out straight. My hair frizzes like crazy. We are getting married at Land's End in August. (We will be outside on the water...can you say BAD HAIR TIME!)
I need my hair to be up. I went for 2 hair trials with a woman named Debbie who was recommended by JacNicole. She is very nice and very talented, but the updos just look so hard and tight. I love them on other people just not me. Both times when people saw my hair they said it was beautiful just not me. Any suggestions??? I did like the pic of Sar. Jess Parker. I would have to eliminate the hanging hair...it would frizz. Thanks as always for your help.

You and I must have the same hair..I blow the hell out of it to get it straight..I didnt get an updo..but I went to Brnda on recommendation Of Jacqueline Nicole..she blew it out and it stayed staright for two days..and it rained!!!! I saw pictures of her work with updos and very nice..Im not using her ebcause she cant come to teh hotel and her salon isnt as close as I would like.so it just wont work out..but she was nice and does a great job.

Oh boy I hear ya with the natural curly hair and humidity!! You should check out the girl I used she was really good, she is latin and knows how to deal with the curls I was very pleased with my hair and her prices were very reasonable, romantic hair studios in Baldwin is the place. Good Luck
