I had 3 hair trials and didn't like any of them. I figured one would come out good and ony 3 weeks to my wedding. I want someone close to me, Garden City that can do an elegant hair style. Can anyone make any suggestions Rosanna Amador, Mia and Jenn the hair Genie are all booked. TIA

Go to my post on the 08 board called hair trial or look in my album, I just had it done yesterday at Anastasias in Garden City on Franklin Ave, book with Tina she's who i work with, she is fabulous!

I used Erica from Pod Spa, she is an LIW vendor and she is great to work with. She comes to you. I have pictures in my album under 2nd Hair & Makeup Trial. Good Luck!

I have a trial with Carolyn from Sabrina and Carolyn (vendors here) on Friday. I'll let you know how it goes if you want- please do me a favor and FM me though so I don't forget...sorry a lot on my mind this week!!!!

I had 5 hair trials... but lucky for me I knew I would have this issue since I'm really picky about my hair and gave myself plenty of time!
The one that came close to what I liked and close to my budget was Bridal Touch by Elena
She is very nice lady who has tons of experience, and can really do anything, given the right pic.
What really made me book her is her makeup. But, the hair wasn't bad. FM me for pic.
(don't go by the pics she posts, she's been doing TV makeup since the 80s, looks like pics are from that era lol)

lol..the pictures that Elena actually uses for her adverisment are pictures of her daughters--so I'm sure it's more of a significant meaning to her...but you're right, this shouldn't deter any bride from using her. She's a hair genius..i'm also using her and she has the sweetest personality ever.
