hair help, please

hi girls. i'm really confused. there are some details of the wedding that i'm still not sure of... hair style being the biggest.

my girl did a really beautiful up-do that i love for the ceremony and pics, but i really wanted to (literally) let my hair down for the reception since i'll be taking my veil off anyway.

does anyone know of any updos that can be 'let down' to a half-up do?
