Try contacting Naomi Martinez - she does airbrush makeup and is based out of CT. She does hair and works w/some preferred vendors.

It's pricy, but I definitely recommend Static in White Plains. They don't do makeup (just hair and skin care) but I've been having my hair done there for the past two years and love them. I've seen them doing great bridal hair too. If I was getting married in Westchester, I'd definitely go to them!

I have a girl who does my hair for all occasions!! Her name is Veronica and she does all freelance (not affiliated with any salon)....
