Im having someone do my hair/makeup and dont know if I willhave them come to me or go to them. One of girls doesnt want anything done, she'll go her own way, another only wants her hair done and my MOH doesnt want either done but, she knows she needs to...my sister hates doing any makeup/hair and doesnt know how to do it herslef so she knows she will have to do it. Im hoping my friend or my sister's will be able to the girls but, we will see. The flower girl I havent spoken to the mom yet.
I'm having someone for me and MOH and MOB and my three flower girls. All my other girls go someplace different and would want there own stylist.
I only have three girls in total in my bp and two are my sisters. I'm having someone come to me for hair and makeup and they'll get it done at my house too. As for my other bridesmaid, if she wants it done at my house, she's free to come. If not she can get it done somewhere else and then come to me.
OK, I hired the gals to do hair and m/u and they're coming to us morning of, but I'm paying for my own. I'm letting everyone else decide what they want to do but many (my mother, MOG, two BM's so far) expressed that they'd want their hair and m/u done that morning by the girls I'm using and they'll pay for it. I'm sure the others will do the same.
I hired a girl for me already but since I have 11 bridesmaids, I don't know who is going to want to get their make-up done.I realize that some people may not have the money and that is where I was going to jump in, but it may get EXPENSIVE with that many BM's!! I am still trying to figure that part out.
I still don’t know… I think it depends on how much whoever I pick charges per person. My house is kind of far for all of them though, so I hope they all get their hair and makeup done at my house and then I don’t have to worry about anyone being on time.
I am having someone do mine as well as my MOH's and my Mom and possibly my Neice. I'll trust the BP doing their own at whatever places they choose.
im actually considering paying for my girls make up as part of their gift (I want them all to look and feel great and i know its a lot of $$ to ask them to spend so i figured it would be part of their gift). i havent done any trials yet or anything but i want someone to come to me and i figured that we would all get ready together. they will be responsible for their hair, i would like them to get it done professionally but the style doesnt matter.
My cousin is a hair dresser and she is doing everyone's hair for free and we're all doing our own make up (I'm not a big make up person).

thanks for all the feedback, girls. i'm glad to see i'm not the only one considering separating from the BP on the day of for hair & make-up.
Technically, it's only one hairdresser and one make-up artist, so I don't have a whole crew, but it's for all the girls.
My sister is a hair stylist, so we're all going to her shop the morning of to get our hair and make up done by all the girls there.
