Don't know about Manhattan but Oksana and Jenn the Hair Genie are in Fresh Meadows...Oksana did my makeup and my BP and she was awesome. They're vendors here

Hey, I live in Manhattan and I chose people who's in the City. I'm using:
i work in a salon in the city ... salon AKS they have a great makeup artist and for hair i would recommend nyree or nikki fm me if you are interested and i can give you info.
