Hair/ makeup

I feel like im pretty lost when it comes to figuring out hair/ makeup for the day of....
I am in the works for setting up a make up trial with Kelly from Glam Me Up, but thats where my knowledge of makeup artists ends. I tried Oksana, but they just havet gotten back to me and its been a couple of days.

In terms of hair, Im also setting up a hair trial with Jenn the Hair Genie but again, thats the only person I have in mind.

Do any of ya'll have ideas or ppl that you love that you're going with? If so I'd love some steering in the right direction. Im going crazy here

I am using the person who normally does my hair for my wedding. She actually also does makeup. I had her do a trial for my engagement pictures and she did a great job so I am going to have her do my makeup also.

Mind if I ask who? I feel like im in the dark lol
Im scared of having someone who makes me look like a drag hahaha

For my hair I booked a trial with a women that Oksana recommend. Her prices seem reasonable and if she does a good job on the trial I will be booking her.

Oksana takes a few days to respond to emails (especially over weekends since she usually has a wedding each day!) but she is worth is and so nice!

I am using Roseanna Amador from CosmoNY she is a vendor on here...I loved her..i explained everything I wanted and what I didn't want and she worked me with and my hair came out great. I highly recommend her.

Crashing!! Hello date twin! I'm in the dark about make-up too, don't fret too much though you still have a year to do your trials and choose the perfect match.

For hair i'm using who I normally use from my hair salon in Dix Hills. She's done my hair for weddings (when I was a BM) and she has always done a FANTASTIC job!! I'm definitely going to do trials with her for my 'wedding hair' and I'm so excited to see how it turns out!

As for make-up, I'm going to set up some trials with Jacqueline Nicole and Oksana. My best friend used JN for HER wedding and she was great!
