As far as I know they do charge a cancellation fee some depend on how far in advance and the reason cancelling.

Why are you canceling? I had a trial with the hair person you are booked with and was not happy (i did not book). If you found someone else you like please let me know!! I am on the search! I hope you don't get charged any fees... Check the contract before you call them so you have the info in front of you
