My makeup artist came to me and I tipped her $50. I always tip for excellent service.

i usually just round up to the nearest 20 so I can pay easier... so it might not be a BIG tip, but its something! like for a $75 trial i would give 80 but then for a day of being $125 ill prob do $140. a lil something extra no matter how big or small is always appreciated by vendors!! HTH!
It depends on the service. I tipped $100 for the 3 of us she did.

Theres no rule to tipping. Tipping is an appreciation for the servive. Doesnt matter if its the owner, in the salon, out of the salon. Its just a little extra thank you for that person going out of their way to come service you...

I heard you only tip if you're at the salon...and if they are coming to you, you won't need to tip? Is that true...
