I am having the most difficult time finding an affordable hair and makeup person. I'm willing to go to a salon, but my mother lives at Smith's Point beach so it needs to be somewhere relatively close. Or if you know of someone who would be willing to travel to us without requiring a huge minimum that would be great too. Sarah Rock and Jenn the Hair Genie are already out so any other suggestions would be great. Thanks!!
I live in the 3 Village Area and I used Denise Lee Salon on 25A. They were wonderful and opened their salon 4 hours early just for us!

I used Laren from Ulta in lake grove. Just call or go to Ulta to set up an appointment. SHe is great.
A few of us went to All For You Day Spa in Holtsville!!!! They were great!!!! And so relaxing. (LIW vendor) Not sure how close this is to where you are. It's exit 62 off the LIE, just south of the LIE.

Try Beachcombers Salon. They are in Mastic Beach I believe. My friend swears by them. Good luck!!!
