hair makeup issues W/Poll

Okay, so I booked my hair and makeup ppl back in the summer. When I did my trial then, I told the makeup girl that I wanted to look natural since i use golds and browns usually, i wanted to stay in that range since my dress was ivory and gold. I told the hair girl that i wanted it half up and half down, just kinda pulled back a bit....she said like jessica simpson for her wedding? i said exactly!

Well, I looked like Madame Leota from the Haunted Mansion and my hair was ontop of my head insted of down....I booked them anyway since i figured colors and styles can be changed.

Well, now they arent going to be in town when i come up in three weeks to have another trial and she said just to wait till the week of the wedding....im so scared that it would look horrible and i dont know if i should just book someone else or what!! help!!

What would you do?

Here are some pics from my 1st & 2nd trial. The 1st one is mineral makeup, the 2nd is airbrush.
I like the colors of 2 but the coverage of 1.

The hair stayed curled, the most impt thing, but its not anywhere near what i said i wanted,

so my concern was that if you are doing me a service, listen to what im paying you for. make sense?

2 is after i whipped off the horrid lipstick....and its not sooo bad

i put other becuz its a hard decision! u were not thrilled with ur last trial with them maybe u should see someone else when u come here in 3 weeks and see if they do any better - if its the same or better then u can either cancel or if its not better or same u can wait till week before the weddng for another trial with the people u are booked with now.

Well, if you were THAT unhappy with the trial... I would go for another to put your mind at ease. OR, maybe look at some of their other brides that they've done to see if you can point out specifically what you like / don't like. And have pictures for examples. ...

id say go for another trial!

i booked my hair girl in december and had my trial on saturday. however, i've used her in the past and knew i liked her.

i had my makeup trial sat and booked her saturday -- i had used her in the past as well, but makeup was more of a priority for me so i wanted to make sure i was 10000% happy before booking. i loved my trial and loooove my makeup girl.

you dont want to be stressing about this the week before the wedding -- schedule another trial with them or someone else!
