hi, i'm hoping someone can help. i'd like to know what makeup colors are good for light/medium brown hair & blue/green eyes? also, i have tried several hair serums for my very dry & damaged hair with no help. any ideas? thanks
the make-up I will leave to someone else... but the hair i can help with! try doing a hot oil treatment weekly- i use v05 and it works good... then get a really good conditioner- i like redkin products- they have one for dry and damaged.. if that doesnt work- my friend's hair is so bad that she got the japanese thermal straightening treatment and that works for her- she has to go every 6 months and i think it is a little on the expensive side.
