Some people get quotes for I would say anywhere between $75.00 and $200.00 (maybe even more)
I guess it all depends on where you go or if they come to you. I went with the place that always does my hair and paid $60 for my hair. My BM's were $50

hope that helps

Is she also invited to the wedding? If not, you should also give her a favor.

Since you know her, I would say maybe a little bit more, like $125

if you dont think she'll take money, maybe get a gift certificate to somewhere you know she likes to go or shop

I think a thoughtful gift card to her fav restaurant or a movie gift card would be great!

Yes -- shes a guest!

Usually when she cuts my hair - i try to give her $40 and she always gives $20 back

If i try to give her $125 - i get the feeling she'll only take some of it

If she does that -- would it be ok to send her a thank gift in the mail afterward (ie a gift card or something) - That way if i mail it she cant give it back

i wouldn't mail it afterwards because day of she'll think you didn't even want to offer her anything.. go for a gift card of some sort in a set amount - she can't hand half of it back to you then

I would try to pay her and if she doesn't take the money then send her a gift card afterward. If you don't which one jsut get her an amex or visa gift card!

Find out what the salon would charge if you went there for and updo and then give her a little bit more.
