The woman who is doing my hair, said that I should get my make up done first, but the woman that is doing my make up said that I should have my hair done first..
AHHH...HELP!
What do you think I should have done first?

i would think hair...especailly if it is gonna be washed....u dont want water or anything for that matter hitting your face and messing up your makeup...JMO

I answered on the other board...DEF HAIR (unless you have bangs) & then they do your hair and do your bangs after the make-up.

I would think hair, too. This way, if you are getting an updo, etc., it will be out of the way when you get your makeup done.

i go with hair...thats what i did when i was the MOH in my friends wedding...hair then makeup.

It's usually hair, but my makeup was first and I was fine.

All of my BMs and I got our hair done first, then M/U. You don't want to do your M/U first bc when they do your hair they're going to be using a lot of hair spray and that might mess it up.

Defintly do the hair first. If you get the makeup done first it is likely to get messed up from the hair spray.

Hair first then make-up - you want your make-up to be as fresh looking as possible. Plus, you don't want them to smudge or ruin it when they do your hair.

Oh wow- see, I think I am doing makeup first... only because it is easier for me to see if I love my hair once my makeup is done... when I had my first hair trial I didn't have my makeup on yet and it changed a lot of what I saw. Once I got my makeup done I loved my hair- but without it (and I dont wear that much makeup) it just didn't look the same. Although it may not be that much of a difference (with or without makeup) I still think it helps me see my hair better haha if that makes any sense....

I agree with hair first...thats about an extra 1-2hrs of fresh make-up! hehe
