Hair or Makeup people that do BMs for under $70

Do you know of a good hair or makeup person who would do my BM's hair and makeup for $70 or less?

I already know about Sandra Balldini for makeup (and booked her) but need a 2nd makeup person as well.

Thanks in advance

I have a make up person. I am paying 45 for each person and i have 6 people. She charges on a sliding scale.

I am using someone else for myself but for my girls I booked Makeup Artistry by Gretchen Marie. Her rates are right on the website.
