I need to start looking for a person for hair and make-up for myself and my bridal party but I have NO IDEA where to begin. I got a recommendation from one friend but the price was a little steep and I want to shop around. Does anyone have some suggestions???? HELP! ( The wedding party will be getting ready on the south shore in Oakdale)

My hair dresser is in Sayville - he's awesome! Ralph at Capozzi and Company.
I'm also using Danielle Minella for makeup. She's in Sayville as well. See trial pics in album...

Re: Hair Person- WHERE DO I BEGIN?
How about the person who does your hair now? My usual salon is opening at 6:00 am for me and is only charging $10 more per person. Plus, I know and trust them. I would rather give the money to someone who I have a relationship with than a stranger on such an important day

Myself and my girls will be using Stacy Doolan(About Face Artistry) for make up and Stacy Pitt for hair. They are both AMAZING.

Re: Hair Person- WHERE DO I BEGIN?
makeup - sandra baldini (she's based in floral park and might charge a travel fee, not sure) (i think makeup is $100 or 125 for the bride, $60 for bridesmaids)
hair - angela's hair design ($100 for bride, $70 for bridesmaids - she's based in east meadow)
