Can anyone recommend a place in Brooklyn or Manhattan to buy your hair piece? I'm still not sure what I want, so I need a place with a big selection at affordable prices -- the store where I bought my dress had all these beautiful headbands for about 260 -- is that normal????

if you are willing to come to long island, I recommend Barrons. it's worth the trip, especially if you dont have your veil yet. lots of headpieces, most $50-100 i'd say

I agree. I live in Manhattan, but I made my husband take me to Barrons, and it was well worth it. They have a huge selection, and great prices.
In Manhattan, I would try RK Bridal. Also, on Broadway between 30th and 26th, there are a bunch of Korean owned wholesale stores. They have TONS of tiaras/headpieces at ridiculously low prices, and most of them will let you buy just one piece. If you plan on hitting these stores, go early on (a lot of them close before 6), and bring a mirror.
Another good option is ebay.

One last try -- I'm really starting to get paranoid here! Thank you to bluegreen and nycgirl for responding - can you please give me the address/phone # of barrons since that seems to be a place everyone is raving about? Thanks!
