$175 bride

i dont have one... i'm a hair dresser hore... i've gotten my hair done in a million places...i dont dye it, so i only need hair cuts every now and then

anyway, one of my bffs uses this woman and her hair is always nice....

That sounds kind of high to me. And as a fellow Dec bride, I can tell you that I personally did not feel safe booking anyone who was more than 20 minutes away---just in case of a snowstorm. Not that it snows so much in early Dec, but you never know. An hour away is kind of far, not to mention the $50 for travel. But hey, if she is amazing then go for it!!!!

i asked about where she lives because of the 50$ travel fee. I agree with LILOC.

just go to a few trials with places close to your house... like go in for a haircut and get your hair styled.. do NOT say wedding.. see how they do.

Sounds high plus I think you can get someone to travel without the travel fee.
