Hi everyone. I have not posted in a while, but I could use some good advice. I went for my first hair trial on saturday with a woman that my friend recomended. She was very nice, but I left feeling even more confused. I did not feel that she really did too much and I even brought pictures of styles I really liked to show her. She did not show me too much and I felt that I wasted my time and money yesterday (I was there for an hour and a half.) Nothing that she did resembled the styles I showed her at all. I felt that I really just looked ridiculous in most of the styles. When I asked about different styles all she really kept saying was that I had a pretty face so I could do whatever I wanted with my hair. I guess my dilemna is that I have a hairdresser that I love but they are located about a half hour from my house. Do you think I should just got there even though it is a half hour away? They will do my hair and make up and I know I will be satisfied. Please help.

Re: Hair Problems (a little long...)
Why don't you see if your hairdresser is willing to travel to your bridal suite, or house and do the hair for your whole bridal party? I bet he/she wouldn't mind since it would be good business. There may be a fee, but if you'll be happier with the hair, maybe you should go for it. You want to feel confident and know you look your best on your big day

30 minutes is not a long distance for someone/someplace that can guarantee your happiness. Go for it! If you know they'll do what you want, it's totally worth it!

go to your regular hairdresser since u are confident in his work. 30 minutes is not a lot, especially for hair that is very important. good luck!
