Hair question

My hair is freakin' dry as hell...
What do you girls recommend to bring it back to normal? lol I have very thick and wavy hair.

Btw, speaking of wavy hair... I can't get it to curl/wave right anymore just by scruntching. It could be cuz it's dry but what do you girls use? I typically use John Frida Frizz-ease serum first and then curling mouse. (mouse? sp.. brain fart)

Re: Hair question

My hiar is pretty flat so I have to use a curling iron to curl it.

My hair can get very dry too. I used Halo for a long time and it repaired my hair pretty well. Then I needed a switch and went to Matrix Biologe Moisture Therapy and I love it! I would use that shampoo and color therapy conditioner bc I color my hair. I believe they have a moisture therapy conditioner too though.

Re: Hair question

For curling your hair I suggest a diffuser with spokes that come out of it. Turn your hair upside down, put in the mousse, then just gently go up and down with the diffuser. I do it every day!

Re: Hair question

take biotin

use queen helene jojoba oil 2x a week

and change ur conditioner. i swear by Aussie MOIST (ONLY MOIST, not the other ones)

as far as scrunching it..scrunch towel dried hair with the yellow queen helene gel. or la looks sport. that stuff is powerful!

if your hair doesnt hold a curl, it means u need a trim cuz ur hair is long and heavy. try cutting subtle layers to add some bounce

Re: Hair question

curly hair lacks misture. Use sulfate free shampoo. Try shampooing just your root area. When you condition don't rinse all of the conditioner out. Good Luck

Re: Hair question

your mousse could be drying it out. try shampooing it at the beginning of your shower then put conditioner ONLY near the ends. before you rinse, run your fingers through to comb it out and do not brush it when you get out of the shower. use la looks curl gel to scrunch

that's what i do every morning
