hair questions

Hey girls!! so here is the deal:
I contacted someone for a hair trial.. i told her that i was interested in clip-on extensions. She e-mailed me back that the extensions cost anywhere between $300-$500 and that her trials cost $125. I almost fell on the floor. Is this a realistic quote? Girls using people like Claudia Pedala, Rosanna Amador, etc, is this comparable??????

Who can I find to do my hair, and do extensions, without breaking the bank for crying out loud???? I mean, $125 FOR A TRIAL????????? REALLY??????? Am I doomed to be the ugliest bride EVER because I think that is just WAY TOO EXPENSIVE????? HELP!!!!

Re: hair questions

What if you buy the extensions yourself? That would prob save you some money.

Re: hair questions

ummmmmmm okay, thats insane for clip on quotes... my sis paid that for the ones that are like actually put into her hair (i dont know how they did it though but they dont come off lol)

I went to sally's beauty supply and bought the real hair extensions but they dont have clips in.. i have to buy the clips and either sow it myself or get them done by a hair salon.. either way, I paid 60 for the hair .. and the clips are like 2bucks for a 4 pack or something like that

I am using roseanna and I think that my trial was $100 and the extensions were 200 or 250. It was so long ago so I'm not really sure if I am 100% accurate. I know that roseanna and jacqueline nicole work really well together. I think that my contract for hair is $600 or 700 for mine with extensions and 2 bridesmaids.

Re: hair questions

I used Claudia Pedala and there is NO extra charge for the clip on extensions. She is a bit pricier than others but at the same time if you want extensions then it really works out since you don't pay extra for it. Its 100% real human hair and great quality. Ive bought from other places that said it was 100% human hair, had it curled and at first did curl but fell out right away and i can see the difference now.

are you looking to get just the clip on extensions just to use on the day of or real extensions?

Most wedding hair stylists work with clip on extensions so they'll be able to do it. Prices range anywhere from $80-300 and much higher too. One salon i know charges $1200 for them bc they import it from Europe so all depends on where you get it from.

What else do you want to know?
