I am looking for a new hair salon b/c the woman who does my hair is having a baby next month and she will be out on maternity leave for a few months. She always did an amazing job considering my hair is long and very thick but now I need to find someone new !!!!!
Can anyone reccommend a place/person where I can go to have my hair blown out straight??? I have very thick hair so I need someone who is a pro at straightening. Preferably in Nassau county or Suffolk (but close to Nassau border). Thanks girls!!

Angela, I have this great person on Post ave and blows out my hair amazing. Karina recommended me to her and she knows how to blow out hair. My sister also went to her and loves her. Also Liz and her sisters use her also and they also love her.

She speaks a little English but there is other people there that speaks English. She is really good at straigtening out hair and you know I have that kinky thick curly hair...lol.

She doesn't work Sunday or Tuesdays.

Before I moved to Huntington, I used to go to (& loved!) Luis Miguel - they're in Amityville. Luis (or Louis) is the owner...and he's fabulous!
