Ok i had wanted to go today for a wedding i am attending to get my hair curled...i called one place by me and they were like $75 and up lol, ok first of all 75 just to do big loose curls and then the and up part, ok so when i get there you can turn around and say $100 or $125 .
Does anyone know a salon in queens, preferably close to forest hills bc i dont feel like traveling too far and dont have time and wont charge alot.
I might just end up doing it myself but I suck at these things lol

Do you still have the extentions? I say put those suckers in, and it will look great, lolololol. The salons I know are in Astoria, but I dont know any in Forest Hills. Isnt there a Lemon Tree salon around QUeens Blvd maybe they will do for cheap

are you talking about the 'M' salon or spectrym...i called spectrym and now trying to find 'M' but theres a couple salons that start with 'M' on austin street and none that are just 'M' i guess after the big letter 'M' on their window theres more words to it but i dont know the exact name of it lol
yeah i have to be ready at 5pm so cant really travel to brooklyn but thank you...Otherwise i would even go to astoria, my old neighborhood and know salons and their prices there but even that not sure if i should do

I know ahhhh i wish i was in astoria, maybe i should tell FH to pick me up after his game and get ready at his house and get my hair done in astoria, i might do that.
I dont mind paying like $50 or even 60 i guess at this point, but to not even tell me how much ahead of time and then maybe charging me $100 is stupid

OH that might be the 'M' salon i was thinking about lol.
Oh are you talking about the one right on a corner by the LIRR, i always see that and wanted to go there especially since that one is within walking distance from me so it would be even better. I thought it was called giorgios but when i do a search online all i see is giorgios further down by 108 street or continental ave. Maybe ill just walk over there

Re: Hair salons in queens
Besides Giorgio's, there is one in Elmhurst near Queens Center Mall that is pretty good as well. I went there to get my hair done for my company's Xmas party last year and maybe would go to her again for a hair trial since she came close to what I wanted for my wedding. If I have her link, I'll send it over.
Grr too late.

Since it's too late to suggest hair places, I can just respond! Oz Boutique is still there! Actually, right upstairs is a hair place if you need it in the future - Lora's Hair Salon. I always end up with a great cut, not sure how good they are at curling though, I always get it straightened.
