I am getting married in St. James, but my parents live in Holtsville. I was hoping to find a hair salon that I can go to and take all of my bridesmaids so that we can all get our hair done together. Unfortunately, I haven't lived in the area in many years and don't know of any salons in the area to use. Can anyone reccommend a place that they go to or have heard of that I can call and try to schedule a morning appt for 7 girls??? Something within a 10 - 15 mile radius would be great! Thanks!

Re: Hair Salons near LIE Exit 63?
Try Celestial Hair Gallery in Smithtown. It's probably about 20 mins away from Flowerfield 863-0072.
Good luck!

Try Tapestry Salon. It's in Centereach...Take exit 62 /Nicolls Road North to Rte. 25. Make a left off of the exit. Approx. 1/2 mile down on Left. It's really nice in there and they do great work.

Try 'through the looking glass' in ronkonkoma. I think it's exit 60. it's right on smithtown blvd.
they do a great job and are very inexpensive. They are even willing to come to you.

A new salon in Port Jefferson is Catherine Jon. I have had my hair done there before. I really liked it.

We used PJ Hair Studio off of exit 64. Super close. They opened up the shop at 5:00AM on a Monday. Paul and Mike are the owners...speak to Paul. They are fabulous. I have been going to them for years.
