Hair stylist to stay away from? FM me pls. Or post hairstylist you love?
Hi ladies, I know it seems like a rude question, but I'm currently looking for a hairstylist for my wedding...
I don't want to spend a ton of money on trials, so if you could FM me anyone you've had a bad experience with so I can stay away from them, that would be great.
Basically, I don't want to look at my pictures 10-20-30 years from now and think what was I thinking! I don't want '80s' hairdos bad memories, tight curls, etc.
Definitely not asking to post the names on the forum as it may be a bit rude.

OR if you had a fantastic time with a hairstylist, or group of hairstylists please let me know, and everyone else here. I need a fantastic hairstylist.

I used Galina at Palace Hair Salon in Franklin Square - she's awesome!

I used Mya from Cosmetic Artistry and she was AWESOME!!! She did 12 of us in 2 hours!!!! I had allll my girls get their hair done, and my Jr BM and MOB, MOG and my grandma. I had all the girls wear an updo and every single one of them looked unique, which was awesome!!!

I had a horrible experience with Mya Cosmetic Artistry...I recommend Angela's Hair Design x100000!

Mya from Cosmetic Artistry was amazing. She did most of my girl's hair and it lasted the entire day. I didnt even have a trial with her but she got exactly what i wanted and envisioned. :)

did your curls stay in all night? so many of the hair stylists seem amazing, so now all i'm really looking for is someone who can keep my head full of curls for hourssss!

did your curls stay in all night? so many of the hair stylists seem amazing, so now all i'm really looking for is someone who can keep my head full of curls for hourssss!
my hair is naturally curly so they stayed. it happened that we had 50 mph winds (gusting up to 70 mph) the day of my wedding - i didnt realize i had to pray to the wind gods too not just the rain gods
anyway, long story short, i was so worried i had angela come back around 4pm (she originally did my hair at 8am) before my ceremony which was at 5pm to do some 'touch ups' - and it basically held together for the most party - albeit our after party did not end until 4am and there was a LOT of dancing took me 2 hours to get the headpiece and all the pins out
