hair trial

hair trial

I went today & I didn't really like it.
She kept saying 'on the wedding day it will be nicer.' The way she did it is how I usually look if I do my hair myself to goto a wedding. I told her I wanted big curls not ringlets & she used a curling iron that did just that. She said the day of we could do curlers. But isn't the idea of a trial, to see how it will look, not get an idea. I had ideas, I wanted to see if the curls would stay & if my ideas worked. Of corse with the curling iron they fell about 2 hours later, like I knew they would.
I will post pictures when I upload them.
Do I go somwhere else, I hate to keep paying for trials.
Thanks for listening!

If she didn't do what you asked her to do I would complain and maybe try to get a deal on having it done again. I know that I definitly want to be completely happy with how my hair looks.

you are 100% right...getting a trial is so you can see EXACTLY what your hair is going to look like the day of...and the fact that you were tell her & asking her about what you wanted and she didn't care would be a HUGE turnoff for me. I used mia from b r i d a l l o u n g e .com (just take out the spaces) for both hair & makeup - she came HIGHLY reccomended on this site and she was amazing. She spent hours with me at my trial untill we got the look i wanted to achieve. I'd definetly see someone else...good luck! and i just have to add that your gown is absolutely beautiful! it fits as if it were made for you!

I think the hair trial should be exactly what your hiar is going to look line in your wedding day, otherwise, what is a trial for? So no suprise in your wedding day. If you are not happy with it, she should fix it until you like it.
