hair trial

hair trial

is it normal to pick out a headpiece and hair clips before you know if the sytle you want is going to work?

i just had a vendor tell me i should have these things first.

i find this weird because how am i supposed to know which size clips to get. arent there different sizes?
what if i like a headband and it looks awful with the hairstyle?

any advice would be great

I've never heard of that before. From what I've seen on other girls, sometimes the person you have your trial with has a veil, comb, clip or headband to use along with your trial- to see how it looks.

thats what i thought.
i spoke with another hair person and they said they had combs clips etc to make sure i would be happy with the look

I wanted to get mine first and then build my hairstyle around it. I think its a personal choice though and if you want to decide your hair first, then go for it! Don't let vendors confuse you or try to change your mind!

I had actually ordered my veil when i ordered my dress, but then canceled it. I wanted to first see how my hair was going to be styled before I bought the veil.
