What do I need to bring with me for my hair trial? I haven't picked out a head piece or veil yet...is that a problem???

Re: Hair Trial
it's not a problem though it makes life somewhat easier if you do have it so you can see the whole look together. but if you don't, whatever
you should also bring cash (to pay her), and your checkbook if you end up booking her.
oh, and any pictures you might have of hair ideas.
good luck

Re: Hair Trial
Thank you! I know it would be better to have it all together but I don't want to rush in picking something out...do you think she will have 'samples'? Or, maybe I can ask one of my friends if I can borrow one of theirs?

ummm, i woudl think you would need it, or have an idea of what headpiece you are looking for. different headpieces can have different hairstyles.

Re: Hair Trial
i highly doubt she'd have samples ... if you have a friend that has a similar veil or headpiece as you want, i'd borrow that ... otherwise, just go without them. it'll be fine

Re: Hair Trial
when i went for my first hair trial i had several different ideas but wasnt sure which one would be best...so I just brought pics (no veil, headpiece etc. since i didn't even know what style would be 'the one'). After we figured out my style, I booked a 2nd trial with all my accessories to make sure everything would look (and stay) ok. So I would say to def, bring pics of hair styles. HTH!

Re: Hair Trial
I brought pictures with me of hair styles I liked, and my veil.
I dont think you need your veil, but it would help your stylist to have some ideas of the general direction you are looking to go. My stylist said she was happy with what I brought.
I did not want to buy any hair clips in advance of the trial (no plan to use a tiara) until I was sure what look I am going for.
