I was thinking about giving my regular hairstylist a shot at a hair trial. But what if I don't hire her for the day of? Then I would feel weird going to her for cuts. I haven't said anything about the wedding to her yet (yeah I really need a haircut and just haven't gone). Do you think she will expect me to ask her?

have you ever seen her do an updo or had her do any kinda formal to you?
not every hair stylist can do all, meaning formal hair, cut and color so she might not even think twice about it. i know i could NEVER do an updo so if someone asked me i had to suggest someone else for them.
but honestly even if you use someone else in that salon for the wedding hair, as long as you go back to her she woulnt even think twice. its more upsetting when you lose a client all together then for just one day.
