If you think you have time to do it all then go for it. I actually think its a good idea to do hair trial and then fitting because you can see how your hair looks with your dress.

ITA! You will get to see if your hair/makeup would mesh well with the dress! I def wish I could have done that!

I agree with the previous posters. You're really going to get a good idea of what you'll look like on your wedding day.
