I went to Nial Martin Salon in Oceanside. A friend recommended her. She is the owner and when I tried to tip her she doesn't take them. Wow! I was shocked!

I like that ALOT. Why? Because its soft, flowy & VERY natural-looking (not loaded with tons of hairspray)
