Hair Trial, with Pics!!!

Just got back from getting my hair did at Cactus in St. James, and I'm very happy with it! I think I'm going to use them...and save the money from going on trial after trial to put towards the track extensions I so desperately need LOL.

Now I just need to decide on a style! She tried two different looks on me...let me know which one you like better, and any construction criticism you may have! Just keep in mind that style 2 would be neater day of, it was just thrown together for illustrative purposes today.

I think we're all leaning towards number 2 because it still looks 'bride-y' even after the veil is out...let me know what you think!

I think number 2! it goes much better with you.. number 1 is too flat IMHO. number 2 is georgous on you! so you have to do that one!

I agree that initially the curls were a little tight. I was borderline flipping in the chair, said it was at the absolute tightest I wanted it to be, but my girl said that because my hair is sooooooooooooooooo long, she had to do it tighter so it wouldn't fall and to trust her that it wouldn't stay that tight.

Sure enough, about 2 hours after the pics were taken, it was much looser and longer...but surprisingly kept the curl all night, and usually my hair doesn't! My hair is naturally very curly, so I guess for me to see the curls wasn't so jarring, because when my hair was shorter that's what it looked like every day.

I wish FH took pics from the wedding we went to (interesting night to say the least...let's just say he spun me right round a little too hard, my heel slipped, and I ended up on the floor with my dress over my head and my whoopsadaisy out, and since it wasn't an open bar I was not even drunk )...we were dancing maybe about half the time, and it still held up, even after I redid it to take out my tiara and played around with it. I'm pretty happy with it...what's the saying, you can't make a silk purse out of a sou's ear? Haha my hair has its limitations...it's coarse and a little thin and frizzy, so I'm never going to have that sleek, shiny bridal look, so I may as well not go broke over it LOL.
