hair/BM gift question

Originally I was thinking of paying for my BMs to have their hair done as part of their gift, and I think I told most of them, but not all. A few people said, oh, you don't have to do that (including FH's aunt, who is the mom to two of my BM). Now that we're finalizing things, FH's two cousins want to have their hair done by their own stylist, which is fine. But should I pay for everyone's hair now? I was going to do it if my hair woman did everyone's but now I don't know. I'd hate to be the kind of person that says 'Oh, I'll pay for that', and then not end up doing it. So here are a few options that I could do. What do you think:

P.S. I still want to pay for two BMs because they are OOT and will have to pay extra to travel to my shower and the wedding, etc. I want to do this for them.

I'm planning on doing the same thing. Since most of my BP is from out of town though, we're all getting it done at the same place together (haven't set it up yet but, that's what I'm thinking!)

I'm a little confused by the choices... but I guess if you're paying for one, you really should pay for all.

Well, I'm just thinking that maybe I should pay for the hair of the OOT girls, because they have to pay more for things like travel, hotel, etc.

I think if you are paying for some of the BMs, then you should pay for all of them (even if they are going to another salon, especially if you already mentioned it to some of them. Your idea to give gift certificates to the BMs for the salons they want to use is a good idea too, that way you can be sure that you are paying the same amount for everyone.

I agree as well.

I'm not paying for my girls to get their hair done. There are too many of them. !!!!

I got them beautiful gifts!!! I can't say what they are because two of them are on this website!!!
