Haircut-Roseanna Amador UPDATE

Hi everyone-

It's that dreadful time again for me: haircut time.

I stopped going to my 'regular' hairdresser about 2 years ago as she had started slacking on my cuts (going too short, too layered etc.).

Well, for the past 2 years I have been a hairdresser nomad going from salon to salon in search for my old hairdresser's cutting quality...and have gotten nowhere!

No one listens to me- they cut when I say don't. They razor it when I say it makes my hair look flat- it's been one bad haircut after the other.

As my wedding is approaching I have become so nervous to get a haircut. I have my wedding hair trial with Roseanna next month and from what I have seen from other girls- I LOVE her hairdos.

In my phone conversation with Roseanna she recommended that I see her for a haircut since she is good with long lair and does not cut a lot off too- has anyone ever used her? Any reviews on how she cuts hair?

Naturally- I did a search on here already to see if anyone has used her for a haircut and-NO CIGAR.

Any one see her for a haircut? What do you think?

BTW- I have made an apt. with her for a haircut on Thursday night.





So I got my haircut on Thursday night and I just wanted to let everyone know that not only does Roseanna do an incredible job with updo's. I think she is phenominal at cutting hair also!

I am very happy with my haircut. She did not cut too much off AT ALL and still my hair looks like it's come back to life! I haven't had my hair look like this for about 2 years. I am so grateful I found out about her from LIweddings. If anyone is on the same boat I was...and you can't find a good hairdresser...I definately recommend trying her out!

I brought my mom along with me and I think my mom is going to switch too! Yay!

-Phew, I would have freaked if my hair was chopped again!

I am going to her for a haircut at Cactus in Commack. She is there only on Thursdays I believe. I can't even tell you how nervous I am.

My hair has been all choppy looking for a year now. Other people have cut it since 'the 4 inches off my hair traumatizing haircut'. My hair is long but then Thinner lookingat the bottom and in a V shape- which I don't like on me. All of my layers look too short for my hair and I am unwilling to cut it to even it out because I am used to length.

I know you booked an apt with Cactus in commack already, but in case you are having doubts you should go to my girl at barbra ross. They are located in commack as well. She has been cutting my hair for years and does an amazing job. she only works on tues, thur and sat. FM me if you want more info!
